ATX Forms Plans Major Expansion
FORT PIERCE, FL – 9 March 2000 - ATX Forms Inc., the rapidly growing tax software
firm with a programming division located in Fort Pierce, is planning to virtually
triple its current staff in the upcoming months. By this summer, ATX plans to
have a total staff of over 90 personnel.
According to ATX President Steve Willett, ATX Forms sees an opportunity to more
than double its total sales next year. Willett notes that achieving this goal
will be dependent upon the firm's ability to attract qualified designers and
programmers to the Fort Pierce division.
Commenting on the decision to increase the Forms Programming and Design staff at
the Fort Pierce facility, Willett says, “Every year, we program more and more
forms.” “This year, we programmed around 4500 forms and next year that number
could easily reach 12,000 forms.” “Those kinds of numbers mean a need for more
people and a need for more space.”
To facilitate ATX in reaching their growth target, they will also be building
another facility in Fort Pierce. “By the summer we will have a new building with
6 wings and over 100 officers here in Fort Pierce,” says Willett. “We have made
a commitment to our customers, to the community, and we believe we have made the
right decision to stay in Fort Pierce.”
