RCB Bank has hired Terry Parsons as Vice President of Trust Client Development to manage trust services for eastern Oklahoma communities. Parsons will be based in Claremore and travel to surrounding RCB Bank communities to meet with clients. He has extensive experience in trust and investment management. RCB Bank also hired Elaine Phillips as a Trust Administrator in Arkansas City to provide quality customer service.
