TPR (Total Physical Response) is a language teaching method developed by Dr. James J. Asher that uses physical actions to teach language. The objectives of TPR are to teach oral proficiency at a beginning level, use comprehension as a means to speaking, and use action-based drills in the imperative form. Some courses that can be taught through TPR include vocabulary, classroom language, and imperatives. TPR has advantages such as being fun, easy to implement, and reducing stress for students, though it is best for young learners and limited to certain courses focusing on listening and speaking.

- Transcript The problem with most task managers today is they are way too complicated to use. Some of them have very steep learning curves. Omni focus is a popular task manager with a lot of users, but it has a 35 minute tutorial video on how to use it. I know that if I had to watch a 35 minute video to learn how to use an app I wouldn’t use it. Another issue is that some task managers may be easy to learn, but that’s because they don’t have any features. Finally, all popular task managers today lack Alexa integration. Amazon provides task managers that can be used with Alexa, but it doesn’t lay out tasks in a good way and the voice commands that are provided don’t accomplish what you’d want with an Alexa device.
- Solution: iOS task manager app with integration for Amazon’s Echo Easy to learn: The value this app creates is time. If you are searching for a task manager app to use you likely value time and wish to be able to manage it better. Therefore the need to take a lot of time to learn about the different features of an app of this sort is very counterproductive. By making the app simple to learn and simple to use we give people more of what they were looking for when downloading the app in the first place - time. Surfaces important features: App will put focus on features people actually use and get rid of complicated features that people rarely use. With the implementation of alexa skills: This app will help anyone organize their life without the need to scale a large learning curve.
