 Disassemble to fit through 24 inch manhole
 Comfortably carry adult male through 42 - 108 inch water main
 Needs to have 6 inches of clearance
 Disassemble to fit under butterfly valve, 15 inches of clearance
 Disassemble to change direction inside of water main
 Carry adequate amount of supplies, pump, hoses
 Single fixed gear that allows for 5 mph maximum
 Corrosion resistant
 Tool-less design that assembles in under 10 minutes
