Vincent Mehdizadeh serves as president and CEO of Medicine Dispensing Systems
and Vaporfection International, two wholly-owned subsidiaries of Medbox, Inc.,
the company he founded. Outside the office, Vincent Mehdizadeh supports
several charitable and health-related organizations, including Americans for Safe
Access (ASA).

ASA is a membership organization that promotes legal and safe access to
marijuana for therapeutic use and research. It was founded in 2002 as a coalition
of HIV/AIDS and drug policy organizations in response to the federal
government’s campaign against the small number of legal marijuana
dispensaries, mostly in California.
