The VLEE is a virtual learning environment and earthquake engineering education tool. It contains virtual experiments, design tools, and simulation tools that allow users to perform complex experiments online without using complex simulation software. Users can select a virtual experiment, use the design and simulation tools to perform the experiment, analyze results, and share their findings with other users to facilitate discussion and collaboration in learning earthquake engineering concepts.
