This document discusses a study on the impact of work immersion on the career paths of grade 12 students in the Philippines. It introduces work immersion as an 80-hour hands-on work experience required in the senior high school curriculum. The study aims to determine the advantages of work immersion for students and its role in their career development. It will analyze work immersion's impact on students' skills, career choices, and preparation for post-secondary education or employment. The scope is limited to surveying 60 grade 12 students at one school about their work immersion experiences and professional development challenges.
