- 3. Introduction • Artist:Young artist Mr. Liew Wai Keat (Malaysian based in Penang) • Completed painting in: Mid April'14 • Location: PinaonTimeTunnel. Jalan Green Hall, Georgetown, 10200 GeorgeTown, Penang, Malaysia. • Reason for painting: He drew a nautical chart and he did record Penang on it.
