Hamburg a city since 1198  2 nd  biggest city in Germany + richest city in the north has lots of Hamburgers :)‏ has 1.7 mill inhabitants is a state all by itself greets: “Hummel, Hummel – Mors, Mors!”
has the 2 nd  greatest container port in Europe (after Rotterdam)‏ 2500 bridges – the most in europe! had a tax free port that is still preserved today burned down in a big fire in 1843 and was rebuild as a rich city afterwards has seagulls that shit a lot!
2  Soccerteams Name:  HSV only soccertea m  that is still in  the  premier leagu e  since 44 year s –  the longest in Germany classical Hamburg soccer team Na me: St.Pauli (-  São  Paulo? ;) )‏ tea m for the  alte rnatives and  pun ks most  female club fans in Germany
Reeperbahn is a red light district and the party place in Hamburg  at the  same time used to be a street to make ropes for the sailingships is also called “Kiez” has the only live sex theatre left in Germany - “Safari” has the  “Herbert-” street where the entrance is only allowed  for men (guess what is inside :P )‏ is the place where the beatles became famous in Germany
Hamburger Dom Dom is  the  name of a german cathedral the Hamburger Dom is a fair, that started in a german cathedral in the 14 th  century, until it was banned by the bishop since then it has continued outside and better  then  befo re now we don't need a church to go to the DOM and have fun ;)‏ we have it 3 times a year
Northern Slang expression of surprise and calling your buddy (young people): “ ALTER” (old guy)‏ expression of big surprise: “ ALTER SCHWEDE” (old swedish guy)‏ calling your buddy in Hamburg: “ Digger” (= “Dicker” = fat guy)‏ we know we are a little weird, but we like it that way ;)‏
Pirates Hamburg also had a  little stor y with “Stör tebec ker” and other pirates so we also did a recepti on we ekend on that  ;)‏ Störteb ecker  was behea ded in  Hamburg b ut he  could free   a s many  from his  crew as he c ould  pass by after his head had been cut off ... he still freed 11 people – until the mayor did not keep his word!
