Cardno, an infrastructure and environmental services company, wanted a cross-platform mobile app to allow employees to report incidents to managers and managers to acknowledge incidents. The app was built using PhoneGap and frameworks like AngularJS to work across iOS, Android, and Windows devices. It features reporting, viewing, editing, and acknowledging incidents. The development team overcame challenges of cross-platform compatibility, syncing data across devices using local storage, and ensuring responsiveness on different mobile versions.
