UA is partnering with the City of Tuscaloosa to
develop a dashboard to support existing 311
application that will help City Councilmen effectively
utilize metrics.
4. Data Visualization Requirements
In order for us to effectively analyze the current and future service request
data, we must know WHAT data is being collected and HOW that data is
processed so that we can fully utilize data analytics and visualization tools.
