• Paid leave is when an employee takes time off work
and is still compensated. There are several types of
paid leave, such as vacation time, holiday time, sick
leave, casual leaves, maternity leaves and annual
leaves too.
WHO WILL RECEIVE THE COVERAGE
• A Full Time Employee Will Be Able To Receive The Coverage
• Paid Leaves Are Offered To Both: Management And Non-management
FINANCING OF BENEFITS
Company will provide this benefit to their employee through its budget:
However both type of staff is eligible to avail this benefit either;

Years of Service Avail Leaves Limit Annually

EMPLOYEE CHOICE
• It depends on the employee to get their describe
leaves consecutively or in different tenures per year.
COST CONTAINMENT
• In Case Of Sick Leaves, Any Medical Treatment Cost Can Be Authenticated
Through Bill Picture. From The Employee And The Hospital Both.
• Any Travel Expense Can Be Authenticated Through Proper Channel For
Employee’s Benefit And To Keep The Company’s Expenses From Burning Out..
COMMUNICATION
• At the time of contract or joining
• open-arm approach by the HR
• one-on-one session by the HR correspondents
• Display on employee portal
• Website of company
