                             Preliminary Risk Assessment




      Health checks need to be carried out on each person to avoid any health-related
      accidents occurring. i.e. If your lead actor is asthmatic, their inhaler must be on set at
      all times.

      Ensure all loose/broken props are discarded

      Check the location area (if outdoors) for hazards prior to shooting (i.e. litter, broken
      glass.)

      Ensure appropriate clothing and/or footwear is worn at all times

      Check for animal habitats if filming in a rural area and avoid filming if necessary

      Do not film in strong winds of severe weather conditions

      Ensure there is a fully charged mobile phone at hand in case of serious emergencies

      Have water on set to avoid dehydration
