INTRODUCTION
What is Predictive Dialer?
A predictive dialer automatically dials numbers
from a list of telephone numbers, it is work just
much like auto dialers. It is automatically calls
numbers until it detects a connection, then pass-
es the call to a live agent. Predictive dialer quickly
moves on to the next lead after an unanswered
call. It control dial pacing in real-time, thereby in-
creasing your workforce productivity and this may
result in a more than 80% productivity increase.
