I just want to tell you that through these last few busy days I have had, Gataun has been very, very
helpful and I really mean that sincerely. She is helping me with some old Kathy Stewart orders from HSV
and without her, I don’t know how I could accomplish these things so quickly. She has the background
and the know how to help me sort things out on the few I am working.

L3 Corporate Vendor Data Warehouse file submission completed successfully.
I have expanded the use of Impromptu reports for this task and it is now fully automated if the relevant
data is in Costpoint. With just a few clicks and a short review, the process now takes less than one hour.
Special Thanks to Gataun Morton for her immediate and speedy assistance, entering missing NAICS
commodity codes on POs to complete the report and submit on time.
I’ll draft the procedure and share with others in L3 that would find it helpful.
The next transmission is due some time in January, 2008 covering the 2nd half of this year.

Joe –
I know you are busy, but I wanted to take just a quick moment to let you know how much we appreciate
the support we are getting from Gataun. I know we can be a very demanding group down here in
Huntsville (and I’m afraid that’s not likely to change very much), which makes the“service with a smile”
attitude we get from Gataun all that more remarkable.
While our frustration level with all of the changes that are occurring are at an all time high, I can only
imagine that the levels you and your staff are experiencing are horrendous at best.
So while we don’t say it often enough, I’d like to take a moment to pass along our thanks and
appreciation to you and your staff.
Thanks, Gina

Hey Gataun: I just want you to know that I continue to hear such positive reports on your work. From both
Mike and Matt and our customers, as well. It is really impressive when people take the time to stop me in
the hall or send emails such as this to let me know what an outstanding job you are doing. You make us
look good and I am very proud to have you on our team. Joanne
Dear Mike,
This is a short note to express my thanks to Gataun for doing an excellent job in support of the
NRC ISSC contract. It is always a challenge for anyone at Purchasing to keep up with our almost
"RUSH" requests. She has taken the challenge with positive attitude and professionalism. She is
an asset to your group and I think she deserve to be recognized for her efforts.

Matt & Mike
Just wanted to Thank You!
On behalf of the support that Gataun Morton gave and continues to provide L3/GSI CT. w/ regard to the
expeditious
Follow up and timely placement of Purchase Reqs. Especially, the last minute Credit Card Requests that
needed to be entered at the end of the Credit Card Cycle 3/4/05, since I ran out of Funds.
She made sure even though she eventually ran out of funds that the reqs did not sit idle and had the rest
of the Purchasing Staff
Get the Job Done. Please pass my thanks on to them also.

Team,
These are the type of e-mails that all of you deserve. I know Gataun did most of the work here, but so did
the rest of you who either assisted or procured the items that Tony K and his staff needed to get the job
done. Thank all of you for your support and keep up the good work.
Mike
