To test the conceptual model, we analyzed 60 brands across three different industries: non-alcoholic beverages, clothing and mobile network operators. When analyzing the data, we applied the structural equation modeling technique to both investigate the interplay of firm-created and user-generated social media communication and examine industry-specific differences. The results of the empirical studies showed that user-generated social media communication had a positive influence on both brand equity and brand attitude, whereas firm-created social media communication affected only brand attitude. Both brand equity and brand attitude were shown to have a positive influence on purchase intention. In addition, we assessed measurement invariance using a multi-group structural modeling equation. The findings revealed that the proposed measurement model was invariant across the researched industries. However, structural path differences were detected across the models.

- 4. The language features : Descriptive Text using the Present Tense, for example: go, eat, drink etc. Descriptive Text using various adjectives that is a portrait, and classify, for example: two strong legs, sharp white fangs, etc.
- 5. √ Descriptive text uses the verb think, like believe, think, and feel to reveal the author's personal views about the subject, for example: I think she is the greatest woman in the world.
- 6. The Purpose The purpose of Descriptive Text : The purpose of the Descriptive Text is to describe and reveal the characteristics of the object, or a specific place.
- 7. Example : MacQuarie University Macquarie University is one of the largest universities in Australia. This year, in 2004, it celebrates its 40th anniversary. The university is located at the North Ryde Greenbelt, Sydney, where the New South Wales government sets aside 135 hectares for the institution. In 1964, Macquarie area was a rural retreat on the city fringe, but today the campus and its surroundings have evolved beyond recognition. The North Ryde District has grown into a district of intensive occupation anchored by a vibrant and growing university.

A pleasing balance between buildings and plating is evident across the campus. This emphasis on the importance of landscape has created images of Macquarie as a place that members of the university are most likely to pleasurably recollect. One of the highlights of the landscape is the Mars Creek zone. It comprises landscaped creek sides and valley floor, a grass amphitheatre, and artificial lake surrounded by rocks and pebbles, native plants and eucalypts.
