The McDowell Purcell Employment Unit consists of three solicitors who specialize in employment law. The unit is led by Peter McInnes and also includes experienced solicitors Sinead Likely and Julie O'Neill. The unit provides legal services related to both non-contentious and contentious employment law matters such as drafting employment contracts, advising on HR issues, and representing clients in employment-related court cases.

Mediation of employment disputes
Negotiating and drafting settlement agreements.
