– I will identify the
different groups of
elements such as
metal, non-metal,
and metalloids.

– I will explain the different families and groups of
the periodic table.
• Day 5
– I will continue to
explain the different
families and groups
of the periodic table.
I will also review
material and perhaps have a small quiz .
4. Types of Technology I Plan to Use
• I plan to use PowerPoint and a Smart Board to
help explain the different families and groups
on the periodic table.
• I also hope to use videos or photos to help
explain the elements and some of their
properties.
