Raw Materials:
SPC is produced with PVC and stone powder that
are added with stabilizers, additives and modifiers.
It’s a plasticizer free product.
Production:
A typical SPC floor is pressed out with rigid core,
décor layer and wear layer before being finished with
UV layer. Such pressing is realized with heat and no
glue is required which makes SPC floor be
formaldehyde free. Some SPC floors have pre-
attached underlay for extra comfort and sound-
absorption properties.

Raw Materials:
SPC ABA is produced with PVC and stone powder
that are added with plasticizers, stabilizers,
lubricants, modifiers and carbon black, etc.
Production:
SPC ABA differs from SPC with two layers of LVT
attaching the rigid core, face and back, each side
has one layer. Such construction is pressed out with
hydraulic press machine. Some SPC ABA comes
with extra underlay attached for enhanced comfort
and sound-absorption properties.

DiamondGard TM SPC is produced with PVC and
stone powder that are added with stabilizers,
additives and modifiers. It’s a plasticizer free product.
Production:
DiamondGard TM SPC floor is heat pressed with rigid
core, décor layer and is finished with DiamondGard
UV layer. Pre-attached underlay is recommended for
a ultimate deluxe flooring covering choice.

Raw Materials:
VSPC is a composite of SPC and wood or bamboo
veneer.
Production:
VSPC floor is cold pressed with rigid core and
natural wood or bamboo veneer, and is finished with
UV layer. VSPC floor utilizes polyurethane resin. So
no worry on formaldehyde emission. Pre-attached
underlay is recommended for a ultimate deluxe
flooring covering choice.

LVT is produced with PVC and stone powder that are
added with plasticizers, stabilizers, lubricants,
modifiers and carbon black, etc.
Production:
LVT floor is hot pressed with LVT layers, décor layer,
and wear layer, and is finished with UV layer. Each
layer LVT thickness ranges from 0.8mm to 1.5mm.
Some LVT floors come with click system, so the
installation can be easy, fast and economical.

26. Power Dekor Vinyl | SPC
Quality and flexibility
Power Dekor Vinyl flooring manufacturing features controllable
quality with in-house rigid composite core production and flexibility
in developing new materials and/or construction. Further, Power
Dekor rigid core is equipped with twin-screw extruder which is
efficient enough, so as to ensure in-time supply of panels to SPC
flooring and VSPC flooring factories. By the end of 2020, Power
Dekor is able to supply 4Million square meters of SPC and
DiamondGard TM SPC (high-performance SPC) and 450,000
square meters of VSPC annually.

Power Dekor center lab comprises physical,
chemical and mechanics properties labs, thus

color fastness, and locking strength, etc. In
addition, with a large conditioning chamber, we
are able to keep studying products performance
for a longer time which helps reduce the risk of
defects that occur in daily use.
