11. The Explanation The Question: Why does the club feel so light? The Answer: Resistance training by its nature will create a feeling of lightness The Question: It feels like I got through faster, that I have a faster club head speed, why? The Answer: The resistance of the Powerchute is a plyometric exercise that educates and trains fast twitch muscles (unlike a weighted club that actually trains slow twitch muscles). When the resistance is taken away, the muscles simply fire faster.
