What Is UPN?
UPN is the complete set of distinct integers from minus infinity to plus infinity.
All the existing number systems, such as ISBNs, Patent Numbers, DNA ID Numbers, and all other ID Numbers, have been designed incorrectly because they are not universally distinct.
UPN is globally or universally distinct and is for giving permanent names to permanent entities.

News: Past, Present, and Future
Past: The Infinite Spreadsheet was on CompuServe in the 1980s under the name of GO WIS (World-Wide Investment System) and GO WCS (World-Wide Consultation System). Each WIS calculation cost 25 cents, and each WCS, a dollar.
Present: In October 2014, the Infinite Spreadsheet is installed on Foxconn Cloud Computing.
Future: Proposal to start Post-Science Children Education in Huzhou, Ningbo, and San Francisco Bay Area will be submitted in December 2014.
