PwP’s Buy-Side Challenge offers a new platform for Hedge Fund employees to engage in friendly competition while raising awareness and funds for charity. The top 3 performing portfolios will win a percentage of the total pool of entry fees for the charity they are representing. Develop a strong portfolio that generates better alpha Utilize investment analysis and trading skills to create a successful portfolio Compete against a network of peers within the Asset Management industry Participation only permitted for buy-side investment professionals. This contest is exclusive to employees working at Hedge Funds and Asset Managers only. Registration opens April 11th. Competition begins April 29th and ends on July 29th. As Seen On 1 (855) JOIN-PWP | www.PortfoliosWithPurpose.org 295 Madison Avenue, 34th floor, New York, NY 10017 HOW IT WORKS – 3 EASY STEPS Register and Join Contest • Create a profile at www.portfolioswithpurpose.org/user/register • Join PwP Buyside Challenge – Q2 2016 contest via Custom Contests section or www.portfolioswithpurpose.org/BuySideQ22016 • Password is Buyside2016 • Must be a verified Buy-Side (Hedge Fund/Asset Manager) employee in order to participate and provide Firm Name • Initial seed capital donation amount: $100 Pick Your Stocks • Select a portfolio of Five stocks (long or short) from any global public stock exchange • Each stock must have a minimum market cap of $1 billion • Maximum 5 trades can be bought for $20 each throughout the duration of the contest Choose Your Charity • Each participant selects his/her favorite charity to represent in the contest or pick from our database of 600+ pre-vetted and approved charities • Charities must be cause-based and have a 501(c)3 designation CONTEST DETAILS • ALL Participants compete on both an individual level, as well as, a member of your Firm - Firm performance is an averaged return of all members from that Firm • Portfolios will be updated daily. The Leader Board will display the Top 5 individual portfolios (across all participating firms) and Top 5 performing Firms’ aggregate performance • Each participant will have their own private personal portfolio page for portfolio management and tracking. • The only disclosed performance information will be on the Top Leader Boards (see above) • Individual stock selections can be made private for Compliance purposes. • For more contest rules details please go to www.portfolioswithpurpose.org On August 1st, 2016 we will announce the best performing Buy-Side competitors and Firms! • The Top 3 portfolios will win donations to their chosen charities (1st place: 60% of the total pool, 2nd place: 30% of the total pool, 3rd place: 10% of the total pool). 100% of all entry fee donations will go to Charity! • Winners will be publicly recognized and celebrated at an Awards Ceremony Buy-Side Challenge
