The plot next to Majorelle's Garden was used for the
expansion of it using it at the same time for building a
museum.
In this case is a Desert Museum in which all the showrooms
face the Garden in order to create an opposite view with
the exhibition.
With the choice of materials for this project I have tried to
evoke the sand dunes of the desert and the colour most
used in the city.

The plot is located in a little village in the
North of Spain.The client required that most
of the program of house need to be
develop in the ground floor.
Architecture
In the entrance of the house is located a
spacious hall to receive guests. The spaces
using during the day have big dimensions,
and all are directly conectic with the rear
garden. The house is extended into the
garden thanks to the porch.
According with the client this project was
design with local material in order to
decrease the budge, and gives a
tradicional image.

Without being located in a particular place, the house has a cube volume in order to have the regular form
required. Despite of the subtraction of volumes, the cube is still noticeable thanks to the elements that show
the edge of the house.
The rooms are in a counterpoint with nightly rooms without visual between each other and daily rooms with
double height space, crossed visuals and openings to the double heights.
