related to tenancy or lease management of property
The aspects of property manager's role in terms of:-
Management of
utilities
Collection and
disbursement of rents
Monitoring reinstatement of
premises upon termination/expiry
of the tenancy/lease
Tenants' liasons
Coordination between
contractors
