The US used an Atom Bomb in Japan in 1945 to quicken the surrender and submission of Japan

As a preventive measure, NATO was created by 12 countries from Europe and North America
on April 4, 1949. Since then, it has been expanding though they had to wait for the fall of The Iron
Curtain to integrate most other European countries.19 more countries have joined NATO through
nine rounds of enlargement (in 1952, 1955, 1982, 1999, 2004, 2009, 2017, 2020 and 2023). Finland
is the last one which joined in 2023. Sweden is pending. Ukraine is not yet programmed, Nor is
Georgia.

The Cold War became a nuclear-deterring strategy in the world when the Soviets successfully
tested their first nuclear device, called RDS-1 or “First Lightning” at Semipalatinsk on August 29,
1949.

about four years.
The new cold war is the only way the USA has to counter the change of power in the world
where the West is a minority of countries, a minority of the population, and a minority of Global GDP,
and this decreasing movement is still amplifying the weight of the Rest, where all colonial empires –
British, French, Italian, German, Portuguese, and Spanish, or even Russian – have disappeared.

and promotes scientific research into educational sciences. This journal was founded to publish high-
quality and original research, theoretical articles, and communications in educational sciences.
Pro Edu. International Journal of Educational Sciences is a journal published and promoted at the
international level by Ideas Forum International Academic and Scientific Association (IFIASA) in
collaboration with members of the Teacher Training Department - D.P.P.D., “Valahia” University,
Târgoviște, Romania. Raising issues across interdisciplinary boundaries and facilitating the exchange of
views, the PEIJES journal intends to serve as an ideal forum for educational scientists, especially those
who share common interests in understanding various problems related to educational sciences and
contemporary society.
The Journal is published two times a year in January and June.

The manuscripts submitted are evaluated for their scientific content, equally for all authors regardless
of race, nationality, ethnic origin, language, religion, sex, sexual orientation, opinion, or political affiliation.
The authors(s) must follow the Manuscript Preparation Guidelines in preparing the manuscript before
submission.
Review Policy
The PEIJES- IFIASA Journal follows a systematic review and publication policy. The IFIASA journals
respect the legislation regarding the protection of personal data GDPR – General Data Protection
Regulation (EU) 2016/679. The editorial board Is committed to ensuring the protection of personal data.
Submitting articles implies the consent given by the authors to the publishers regarding the online
publication of the name, first name, affiliation, institution address, e-mail address, as well as in the
conditions of review and publication (review; storage during the review process; archiving for an indefinite
period for the accepted works, respectively for a week, in the case of a rejected work; the period is
calculated from the date of decision transmission regarding the framing of the article)
The practice of peer review is to ensure that a good paper is published. It is an objective process at
the heart of good scholarly publishing and is carried out in all reputable scientific journals. Our referees,
therefore, play a vital role in maintaining the high standards of IFIASA.
Special issues may have different peer review procedures involving, for example, Guest Editors,

IFIASA operates a double-blind peer review process.
To facilitate this process, authors are requested to ensure that all references to their own previously
published work are impersonal.

5. Reviewers are selected by the editor-in-chief, after consultations with the members of the editorial
board.
The editors will send authors a delivery receipt when the manuscripts are received. Please note that
the peer-review process might take, in some cases, 1 to 2 months. Authors will be notified of acceptance
for publication as soon as reviewers' answers are received.
Accepted articles are usually published in the forthcoming issue of the journal.
If the reviewers’ opinions are significantly divergent, a third reviewer will be asked to read the
manuscript. Authors might be required to revise the manuscript according to the recommendations of the
reviewers.
Revised manuscripts should be accompanied by a point-by-point reply to the recommendations of
reviewers, specifying the changes made in the revised version or the reasons why authors decided to
reject reviewers’ recommendation(s).

Authors are not required to pay an Article Submission Fee as part of the submission process to
contribute to review costs.
Print & Open access fees: 150.00 (EUR)
In order to provide open access, our journal uses a business model to offset expenses, by charging
an open-access fee to the authors, institutions, or funders for each article published. These fees include
those for the journal's production, online hosting, and archiving.
The ability of authors to pay the open access fee does NOT influence the peer review process. No
fee can be paid prior to the final positive decision of the reviewers and the editor in charge, regarding the
article proposed to be evaluated in order to be published.
Exceptionally, authors from developing countries may propose a grant application to the
administrative board, to partially cover this open access fee.
Plagiarism Policy
The editorial board is very strict regarding plagiarism. The IFIASA believes that taking the ideas and
work of others without giving them credit is unfair and dishonest. The editorial board retains the absolute
authority to reject the review process of a submitted manuscript if it is suspected of plagiarism or subject
to plagiarism. All the authors are asked to avoid any conflict of interests, actual or potential, such as
financial, personal, or of other nature relations with persons or organizations that might inadequately
influence the publishing of their papers.
Editors Policy
Based on the recensors’ recommendations, the editors decide whether an article is accepted for
publication. The redactional committee will publish any corrections, clarification, retreating, and apologies
that are necessary for articles/reviews so that the presented information respects the truth and does not
bring prejudice to the journal’s prestige. The editors can request modifications of content or format.
