Job Description
1. Adjust the condition of project field by
discussing with the project owner
2. Make DED (Detail Engineering Design)
3. Create Project Specification as a guidance of
the project implementation and other needed
documents
4. Make the budget plan/engineering estimate
5. Projecting the owner’s ideas to the building
design
6. Hold responsibility to the building design and
the structure calculation
Rights and Obligations
Rights and Obligations of Planning Consultant
1. Planners have the right to accept rewards for services
according to the rules
2. Planners have the right to reject all forms of aesthetic
evaluation and design result whether it’s performed by
the supervisor and the assignor
3. Planners have the right to return the given tasks with the
following reasons:
 Consideration of the individuals’
 There’s a power outside of both sides
 Due to negligence of the assignor

Planning Consultant Requirements
1. Meet the provisions of the legislation to
carry on business / activity of consultancy
services.
2. Have the expertise, experience, technical
and managerial skills
3. Must be not under court supervision
currently, not at the bankrupt and not
running criminal sanctions.
4. Have the capacity to sign a contract legally
5. As a taxpayer, has fulfilled the tax
obligations last year.
6. Having human resources, capital,
equipment, and other necessary facilities.
7. Not included in the black list.
8. Having a permanent and clear address and
can be reached by post.
9. Having a certificate, classification and
qualification of the construction company.
