Planet Smoothie has launched a new campaign called "Flavors of the Tropics" to promote limited time smoothies and bowls made with açaí, a superfruit from the Amazon. Between March and June, customers can try smoothies like the Açaí Gold and bowls like the Crazy Carnival Bowl, all made with açaí blended with fruits. Planet Smoothie aims to offer customers quick, healthy snacks and meals with their fresh fruit smoothies categorized by lifestyle benefits like protein or weight loss. The brand has expanded to over 100 units after being acquired by Tasti D-Lite last year.
