The Readiness and Planning Engagement is based on an Immersion approach that requires a core
team of customer staff to be available full-time during at least 3 days per week.
Sessions are recorded to capture a history of discussions and decisions, and enable staff that are
impacted by emergency events to be able to review sessions that they missed.
