Merchiston Publishing is relaunching the 1920 sci-fi classic "A Voyage to Arcturus" by Scottish writer David Lindsay. The novel follows a man's intergalactic journey that leads him to question concepts of morality, faith, and what it means to be human through interactions with alien lifeforms. Though unsuccessful in its time, the book has since influenced prominent writers like C.S. Lewis and J.R.R. Tolkien. In May 2016, Merchiston is releasing a limited edition hardback with additional content from sci-fi writer Gary Gibson and graphic novel writer Alan Moore to give the novel the recognition it deserves.
