1. GUJCET‐2022 પર ામાં ઉમેદવારના નામ ુધારા ગે
આથી ગુજકેટ-૨૦૨૨ ના ઉમેદવારોને જણાવવાનું કે ગુજકેટ પરીક્ષા માટેના આવેદનપત્રો/હોલિટિકટમાં
કોઇપણ પ્રકારનો નામસુધારો હોય તો નીચે દશાર્વેલ સરનામે જ રી દ તાવેજો સાથે તા.૧૮/૦૪/૨૦૨૨
સુધી ગુજકેટ સેલને બ અથવા ટપાલથી મોકલી આપવાનું રહેશે. થી પિરણામ બાદ નામસુધારા
સિહતનું ગુણપત્રક આપી શકાય.
સામેલ રાખવાના જ ર દ તાવેજો .
1) આ સાથે સામેલ નામ સુધારાની િવગતો ભરી- પિરિશ ટ-૫(ગુજરાતી અથવા અંગ્રેજી ભાષામાં)
2) લાલ શાહી પેનથી સુધારો કરેલ હોલિટિકટની નકલ
3) ધોરણ-૧૦ ના ગુણપત્રકની નકલ અથવા ધોરણ-૧૨ ની પ્રવેિશકા(હોલિટિકટ)ની નકલ
4) આધાર કાડર્ની નકલ

For Name Correction in GUJCET‐2022 EXAM
In case of any correction in the Application form filled by the candidate for GUJCET‐2022,
the corrections can be sent on below mentioned address on or before 18/04/2022 by Post
or by visiting GUJCET CELL, Gandhinagar with necessary documents in person. So that mark
sheet with corrected name can be issued after result.
Necessary Documents:‐
1) Annexure‐5 filled with required corrections in the name(In Gujarati or English
Language)
2) Copy of Hall ticket corrected with Red Ink Pen
3) Copy of Mark sheet of Std 10th
/ Copy of Hall ticket of Std‐12th
4) Copy of Aadhar Card
