Overview
In this document, you will answer all of the following questions for the photoshoot. This
document is to ensure that I establish clear guidelines and expectations for you, the client,
in our upcoming photoshoot. Establish your needs and concerns, and, from your
responses, you will obtain a quote from me for the job. You will also sign a model release
and provide another signature demonstrating acceptance of this contract.

For my standard rate, I perform minimal post-processing. You may request further
post-processing for an additional fee. (Fee determined by photographer; variable)

Disclaimer:
Based on the needs you state, I will send you a quote for the estimated work regarding
planning, the photoshoot, and post production. If you like to negotiate the quote, I’m more
than happy to make adjustments to the requests to match the photoshoot to your needs.
ERAS rates, however, are non-negotiable.
Payment will be provided 100% of the agreed upon quote before or after the photoshoot,
via cash/venmo. After the photographs have been taken, we will confirm the conclusion of
the photoshoot and you will select your favorites from the batch. The images will remain
under the photographer’s copyright and possession until final payment has been received.
Thus, images cannot be used for publishing until final payment has been received.
Do not hesitate to contact to inform me of any medical conditions, disabilities, or other
concerns unrelated to the photoshoot. I will try to the best of ability to accommodate
miscellaneous concerns.
Model Release (Required):

and his/her legal representatives and assigns, the irrevocable and unrestricted right
to use and publish photographs of me, or in which I may be included, for editorial,
trade,advertising,andany otherpurposeandinany mannerandmedium;andtoalter

and composite the same without restriction and without my inspection or approval. I
hereby release Photographer and his/her legal representatives and assigns from all
claims and liability relating to said photographs.
