The document provides instructions for narrating a photo story project in 10 steps: 1) Open the photo story program and select "Edit a project", 2) Find and open the student's file, 3) Narrate each slide by clicking record and stop, 4) Move to the next slide and repeat narration, 5) Repeat for all slides, 6) Save the story for playback on the computer, 7) Publish the movie, 8) Choose to edit a new story, 9) Save any changes to the previous story, 10) Open another student's file to narrate another story.

2. Choose “Edit a project” and click Next

3. Find and open the file belonging to the current student in the window that pops up

4. Click on the first picture THEN CLICK NEXT 2 TIMES to get to the Narration screen

5. Once the student is ready to narrate the slide, click the RED record button and have the student narrate into the microphone. When the student is finished narrating the slide, click the Stop button.

6. If the narration is o.k. click on the next picture slide at the bottom of the screen and follow steps 4-5

7. Once all slides have been narrated, click NEXT 2 TIMES at the bottom of the screen

8. At the “Save Your Story” screen, make sure that “Save your story for playback on your computer” option is highlighted in the menu and then click NEXT

9. The movie will now be published and you will e asked whether you want to View Your Story or Edit a New Story

10. Click EDIT A NEW STORY…a box will pop up asking if you want to save changes to your previous story…CLICK YES

11. The File box containing student projects will pop up again…Choose the student’s file and then click SAVE….it will ask if you are sure…click YES

12. You will now be back at the first screen to narrate another story and can follow Steps 1-10
