Warehouse Management System-RTI Web-based Ordering System
Our inventory management and order processing system (RTI) is easily accessible over the Internet. Order status, item quantities and standard
reports can all be accessed in real-time. The RTI can meet the needs of any product launch and can be broadened and scaled quickly and efficiently
as changes inherent in product launches demand. RTI administrators will have the ability to dynamically update website content. That is: updates are
available to web visitors IMMEDIATELY.
Currently 5 clients are using the RTI web-based ordering system, accessing over 500 items and requesting more than 450 items monthly.
5. Warehousing
When materials arrive at RJS, we audit the shipment to verify quantities. Our goal is 100%
inventory accuracy throughout the item's entire lifecycle with RJS. When the audit is complete,
the item is prepared for entry into the RTI system and assigned to a storage location. Next, if
requested, the item is scanned and a "thumbnail" image is posted to your online web interface.
We can also post PDFs, Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, HTML files and PowerPoint
presentations.
Within 2-4 hours of receiving any NAME OF PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANY item, will be
scanned and stored. If information required by RJS for online availability of new material is not
available, the responsible product manager will receive an automated email requesting material
specifications, such as but not limited to; field request quantities, category and subcategory,
availability dates, etc. If all required material specifications are available, materials will be
available for ordering or to be viewed online within 1 hour.
Shipping
Once an order has been finalized, the shipping process begins immediately. A RJS warehouse
specialist will carefully package all requested items, ensuring that every detail is correct. All
packed material will be forwarded to a dedicated packaging suite where a RJS Quality
Assurance Manager will audit the order and ensure the integrity of order. Dedicated client
packaging suites ensure that no co-mingling of client material.
The material is then forwarded to the shipping station. Our computerized shipping process
ensures that all orders are shipped error-free, in the most cost-efficient way and arrive at the
intended destination in perfect condition.
RJS will maintain a normal “hours of operation” schedule from 8AM until 5:30PM eastern time.
All orders received by 3PM will be picked, packed and shipped the same day. However, it is
important to note that emergency orders can be made through the RTI system or by phone 24
hours a day, and will be prepped for immediate shipping, including same delivery if deemed
necessary by NAME OF PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANY
6. In May and June of 2005, RJS began beta testing a user interface for
existing client's inventory. Following the successful build and
rigorous beta test of the RJS - RTI interface, RJS began a migration
of all clients inventory. Currently all requests for material from
our clients are being ordered through the RTI system. Moreover
it is fully operational and can be launched immediately to for use
by NAME OF PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANY representatives.
Once RJS receives a return from a trade show, within 48 hours RJS
will break down the Returns and Repackaging
materials, count, re-stock and enter quantities back into the RTI.
7. If NAME OF PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANY is using the P/I patch system, RJS proposes that any item that is delivered
with a P/I attached the quantity should be split in half. Half with the current P/I attached and half without. This ensures
minimal re-working of the item. When the new P/I is available, RJS will affix the new P/I to the half not containing a P/I.
