Testimonial - Peter Ng
This letter is my personal recommendation for Peter Ng, one of my most outstanding team
members, in terms of character and capability. Peter has joined my team since year 2009.
As his superior and mentor, it is thus my greatest pleasure to vouch for him - a
consistently motivated, responsible and incredibly creative individual.
Peter is always a joy to work with, Consistently responsible and motivated, he has always
delivered. Even in stressful situations, I have observed how Peter's calmness and positive
attitude has been a key factor to uplifting the team's morale and driving positive group
dynamics. Due to his ability to get along with colleagues, Peter has been able to collaborate
with colleagues from different departments.
Through his timely and logical analysis of different dashboards, Peter has significantly
contributed to management's ability for relevant decisions and timely actions. Due to his
innate motivational drive and out-of-the-box thinking, Peter has managed to create
automation systems for highly efficient analysis - one of the records is cutting turnaround
time for critical analysis from a 3-week job to a minimum of 5 days.
As fufther proof of my trust in him, I have also appointed him as part of the team to assist
top management in developing the new headcount structure of the Customer Experience
Department for better efficiencies. Another significant value-add will be his skill ¡n
identifying the pain points of the customer experience, thus allowing for effective customer
management.
Peter has also continued to contribute in other areas such as, assist¡ng the team for
effective customer segmentation for identifying INTTRA's business opportunities. He
continues to spearhead the department's efficiency and accuracy in customer data
harvesting, cleaning and processing.
With his combination of firm technical background, strong analytical and critical thinking
skills, innate drive for excellence and easy-going personality; I strongly believe that Peter
will be an asset to any organization he belongs to.
