VICTOR / ADVERSITY
Victor’s was he wanted to be in a relationship with a girl named Teresa. He
acted like he knew French, and he really didn’t know French.
VICTOR/ OVERCOMING HIS
CONFLICT
He lied about knowing French so he could be closer to Teresa. He stayed
after school to talk to Teresa.
AMIGO BROTHERS/
ADVERSITY
The conflict in the story was that two best friends were challenged in a
championship boxing match. The really didn’t want to fight each other , but
they did anyway. They practiced in separate rooms so there wouldn’t be any
tension.

OVERCOMING THEIR
CONFLICT
They both overcame their conflict by leaving the ring together. They left still
being friends.
JONAS/ ADVERSITY
He has to receive the memory of the past. The memories alone hold the true
pain and pleasure of life.
JONAS/ OVERCOMING HIS
CONFLICT
He ran away from home to get away from the pain he has received. Also, he
brought his little brother.
REFLECTION
They all overcame their conflict and found a way out of the problem.
