This document describes a procedure for treating localized gum recession using a connective tissue graft and lateral sliding flap. The procedure involves raising a flap, placing a connective tissue graft underneath to reinforce the area, and closing the flap laterally to cover the exposed root surface. Post-operative care includes a perio pack dressing that is removed after one week, showing healed tissue where the gum recession was corrected.
