The narrator and some friends helped the mothers of Zayra and Daniel make pasta. They helped knead and shape the dough using molds. Slowly they filled the pans. The mothers then took the pans to their oven. Now the narrator has packages of the pasta ready to take home to taste, which they think will be very good.
