2. IMPATIENCE
Having or showing the tendency to be quickly
irritated or provoked and to be restlessly eager.

4. Examples of Impatience
n A pedestrian is repeatedly pressing the button to
cross the road and then gets annoyed so he/she
crosses the road when it is not their right of way
because they can not wait.
n A driver late to work will drive through a red light
to get past traffic.
n A driver will swerve in an out of lanes to get to the
front and out of traffic.

6. Impulsiveness
Tendency to act quickly without thinking about the
consequences off your actions.

8. Examples of Impulsiveness
n A pedestrian is being called by his friends on the
other side of the road, without going to the lights
he runs across the road whilst cars are driving.
n A driver gets of his vehicle and and doesn't think
to turn it off.
n A driver decides to drive without wearing a
seatbelt.
n A driver decides to text and indulge in many
distractions while driving.

10. Impunity
Exemption or immunity from punishment,recrimination
and unpleasant consequences

n A driver speeds with his younger brother in the car
after realising he is going 30kms over the speed
limit he thinks no harm will be brought upon him
and continues speeding.
n A driver offers to have a motorbike race without
having her helmet on after she is asked she says
she dosent need it and she will be fine.
n A driver decides to drink and drive.

14. Improvisation
Making do with what is available,doing something
without planning or preparation.

16. Examples of Improvisation
n A driver suddenly decides to cut in front of the car
next to him without signalling.
n A driver suddenly decides to brake without
warning.
n A driver suddenly decides to turn right or left
without using a blinker or using the blinker in the
last second.
n A driver makes the passengers share one seatbelt.
