technique, rational design and CNC contraol system. It

Automatic CNC control roll bender features: Advanced
measurement function for material spring back, CNC
data will be automatically updated according to the
measurement result, thus no more negative influence
from material spring back.
With the servo hydraulic system, the benefits include: 1.
Stable and controllable hydraulic pressure in the whole
bending process. 2.Overflow valve working time is
shorten, oil temperature is dropped, completely solving
the oil temperature problems caused by Summer, in
turn it will absolutely increase accuracy. 3. High
electricity usage efficiency. 4. Reduce sound pollution.
Three independent rollers, stepless speed regulation,
rollers' speed auto-matching, thus difference between
roller linear speeds (Outer and inner radius) can be

are moveing upward precisely and bending the profile

Hydraulic

Drived by servo motor, it starts only when needed, and
stops when it's not. So the oil temperature can be controlled
to endure long-time operation.

The whole bending process can be divided into multiple
times repeated roll bending, with small bending radius
increment each time. In this way, material inner stress will
be relieved, and radius rebound is at minimum.
Non-CNC system can only perform 1 time bending,
material inner stress can't be relieved, thus radius will
rebounds after a few days.

Stretch angel is far beyond 190°, Heavily relied on rebound to form
a circle.ºAnd the end and central radii are not the same. If the radii is
not right,mould changing is the only option.

According to the Physics theory, after bending the
profile length remain the same. So the CNC will
automatically produce Stretching length, bending radii
and mould parameters.
Non-CNC bending. stretch insufficiency, wrinkle
and crease appear under the bottom.
CNC bending, make sure the central layer is
at the bottom. CNC control, no wrinkle appear

In plastic bending, The oringal profile length is L, width is b，thickness t. After bending the outer radius is R, inner
radius is r，thinckness is εt (εis the thinning rate) and bending angel α. Because the profile volume is remained the
same before and after the bending:
b*t*L=b*π（R²-r²）*α/2π （1）
After plastic bending,inner radius r is unchanged,according to the arc length formula：
L=α*r （2）
Put R=r+εt into equations (1),(2) we have：
r=1/2 ε（εt+2r）
Under the condition of r/t≤4, bending angel 90。

All materials can be calculated for elongation. Let's suppose the thickness is t,after bending the outer radius is
R,inner radius is r,thickness is εt（ε is elongation）and bending angel α。
According to the Trigonometric Function：
Elongation δ=(t/r)/2 (thickness/inner radius)/2
(outer arc extended，inner arc compressed，so we choose the central value）
Elongation 6063
T4 14%
T6 8%
Example：50*50 square tube，r100，then δ =(50/100)/2=25%；
r300，then δ=(50/300)/2=8% ；
Generally, minimum bending radius=t*6 or t*8
(t is the thickness in the bending direction)

6. The whole equiment control system is fulfilled by a control console. It includes all the buttons, switches, indicator
lamps, Flat panel monitor, keyboard and mouse, finally to monitor and execute the machine functioning.
7. Apart from the remote control console, under every stretch cylinder there's a independent control box, it controls the
on/off of the jaw, in/out of the stretch cylinder, in/out of the rotary arm carrier , and finally the emergency braking
