to pay 10% of the booking amount. Rest interest part of 80% loan which is
called (Pre EMI)* will we pay by Amaatra Group. And in case client loan file
doesn’t get approved his Token amount will be refunded & 10% pay at the time
of possession. Rate will be Rs 150 plus from the CLP Plan. For further details
