8. PB Project Eligibility
Must benefit the public.
A one-time expenditure that can be completed
with funds from this year's PB process.
A multi-year program only if it:
• Off-sets other expenditures so that the cost
is $0
• pays for itself, or
• increases City revenues.
9. Who can participate?
Anyone can (at some level)!
Limitations
Budget Delegates must be a minimum of 14
years of age.
Live, go to school or work in Vallejo.
To vote, one must be at least 16 years of age
and live in Vallejo or its incorporated areas.
