Patrick Henry was born in Virginia in 1736 and did not receive much formal schooling. He spoke out bravely against the war that began near his home, which forced him to move away after his wife died giving birth to their sixth child. Henry is famous for using his talent of persuasive speaking to break up fights between groups and convince people to take positive actions for the greater good.
