The patient portal allows patients to log in to view and pay bills or ask billing questions. Users log in with their credentials and click on Billing and Payments to access account statements for payment or submit billing inquiries by selecting a subject and typing a message into a submission box.

1. PATIENT PORTAL:
Billing Questions and Payments

2. • Log into the Patient Portal with your User ID or Email
Address and Password.

3. • Click on Billing and Payments in the top bar.

4. • Click on View & PayAccount Statement if you want to
pay a bill or click on Billing Questions if you have an
inquiry about your statement.

5. • If you have a Billing Question, choose a subject, type it
into the message box, and then click Submit.
