This document contains 12 variants of a test on the passive voice. Each variant contains 5 questions about forming passive sentences, translating sentences to the passive voice, changing active sentences to passive, using the correct passive form in brackets, and choosing the correct passive form in a sentence choice. The questions provide practice with different grammatical forms and tenses of the passive voice.
