My great grandparents immigrated from Cuquio, Jalisco, Mexico to California in 1962 for better opportunities. After getting married in 1993, my grandparents moved to Alhambra for a nicer neighborhood, then to Upland in 2005 for a bigger house, before my grandfather's job took them to the tropical island of O'ahu in 2010.
