2. PARS Equality Center's Youth Grant Program
A successful entrepreneur with over three decades of financial and investment experience, Michael
Saei serves as the founding president of First Financial Capital in Los Angeles. Outside of his
professional activities, Michael Saei maintains a commitment to serving the community through his
support of organizations such as the PARS Equality Center. During its 6th Annual Autumn
Celebration in September 2019, the center recognized Mr. Saei and his wife for their generous
support of programs such as the PARS Youth Grant.

In its efforts to support Iranian-Americans and other members of Persian-speaking communities,
the PARS Equality Center provides a variety of social and legal services focused on helping
people realize their full potential. As part of this work, the organization oversees a grant program
that gives eligible students the opportunity to attend a California college or university.
