7. PARQWALL Controparete
PARQWALL
Wall cladding system with panels obtained by sectioning a compound
consisting of a wood fibre support (MDF) with an external decorative
surface in Print HPL laminate (thickness 0.9 mm) and balanced with
Print HPL laminate. The panels are milled along the sides with an
adequate groove in order to insert the aluminium profiles that serve
as support of the panels against the wall. The profiles are made of
silver-anodized aluminium and allow the installation of the panels in
horizontal as well as vertical position, they may be installed in a
visible or hidden way, certified system.
Dimensions of standard panels :
Width 400/600 mm – Length 3000/2440 mm – Thickness 8.0 mm
Dimensions of the profiles:
Bars of 3000 mm
12. PARQWALL Controparete
HIGH PRESSURE LAMINATE
HPL decorative laminates are panels made up of cellulose fibres
(paper), impregnated with thermosetting resins in a high-pressure
process.
MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard)
Mixed softwood, polymerised resin, paraffin wax, moisture, and
formaldehyde ( ≤ 8 mg/100g - Class E1)
13. PARQWALL Controparete
ADVANTAGES OF HPL
High resistance to scratching and impact, suitable for commercial
utilizations, antivandalism (hpl thickness 0.9 mm)
Resistant to dampness and Anti-Stain (non porous surface)
Very low formaldehyde emissions; also act as a barrier against
emissions from the substrates
Resistant to bacteriums: HPL is approved for contact with food stuff
Wide range of colours and decors, with no restrictions and no minimum
quantities
Reaction to fire: C-S2-D0 (class 1) - Parqwall FR B-S2-D0 (class 0);
Laminates are difficult to ignite and have properties that retard "spread of
flame", thus prolonging evacuating time.
No maintenance: as PRINT HPL do not suffer from corrosion and
oxidation, they do not need any further surface protection (like lacquers
or paints).
17. PARQWALL Controparete
MORE ADVANTAGES
Easy and quick to install (big size panels)
Can be installed directly on existing walls, if they are sufficiently
straight and dry no frame is needed (only 2 cm from the wall)
Thermal insulation: panels and the ventilated gap behind the
system help to retain heat and reduce heating costs.
Optimum sound proofing/insulating properties; better with insulating
material behind the panel (glass fibre, rock wool).
23. ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY
ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY
Use of environmentally friendly raw
materials.
Our paper suppliers follow the
requirements of the FSC (Forest
Stewardship Council) Chain of Custody.
ABET LAMINATI constantly replants
poplars as they are harvested.
Energy recovery: on account of their
high calorific PRINT HPL are ideal for
thermal recycling. Well controlled
burning processes are achieved in
modern, officially approved industrial
incinerators.
41. SILENTWALL Controparete Fonoassorbente
SILENTWALL
Silentwall is a noise reducing component of the modular
Parqwall system.
Silentwall is designed to absorb noise from highly frequented
rooms, which have a high level of background disturbance.
