Aspiration and joyful satisfaction are intrinsic drives. They are the common denominators of all effort, beginning with design and extending to the client and user experience. What is created externally mirrors what is happening internally. To understand the whole requires learning to engage in empathic internal and external communication across cultures, teams, clients, and customers. This “practice” provides validation, adds to ideation, and forges strategies for demonstrating and building value.

DMI Views: Bridging the designer/client relationship—It's not them. It's us. MLD/Mel Lim Design
The article discusses how designers often blame clients for not understanding or appreciating design, but argues that designers need to better understand the client's perspective. It provides 5 tips for bridging the gap: 1) Make clients feel involved in ideas to foster ownership, 2) Simplify complex processes, 3) Learn the client's business before designing, 4) Present ideas in terms the client understands, not just visually, and 5) Show empathy for the client's situation and care about their business goals. The goal is for designers and clients to collaborate as a team rather than see their relationship as an "us vs them."
This document provides an overview of workshops, including types of workshops, planning and preparation, activities, workshop environments, handling questions, the role of the facilitator, and measuring success. Design tips for brands who want to be loved in social media
In this mobilized, socialized world it becomes more and more important for brands to understand the consumer’s always changing expectations. I now expect my grocer to tweet back in 10 minutes because my bank does it and I expect my favourite neighbourhood coffee shop to give me discounts when I check in on Foursquare because Starbucks does it.
The experience designer is faced with challenges that the always on-net and social consumer creates through their reasonable and sometimes unreasonable expectations. Word of mouth has turned into word of the ever mighty thumb and in his mobile world, all I have to do is tweet a brand about how angry they make me and instantly I can influence the purchasing behaviour or my and their followers.
This presentation will share insights of how to design experiences for the traditional and now social channels with the aim to be transparent, consistent, authentic and true to the brand’s essence.
This document defines inflammation and describes the key cellular and vascular events involved. Inflammation is the body's response to injury or infection, and involves vascular changes such as increased blood flow and permeability, as well as cellular events like the migration of white blood cells. These events are mediated by chemical signaling molecules called mediators, which help regulate the inflammatory response. The document outlines the major mediators involved and their roles in vascular changes, cellular recruitment, and resolution of inflammation.

2. HISTORIA
Kilka kilometrów na południe od
Małdyt, w pobliżu jeziora Ruda Woda,
leży miejscowość Sople. Według
wikipedii jest to dawna pruska osada
wzmiankowana już w 1388 roku pod
nazwą Soplyn. Przez lata jako folwark
należała do dóbr małdyckich, ale na
początku XX wieku stała się siedzibą
ziemiańskiej rodziny Kahle.
Znajdujący się tu dworek został
zbudowany w latach dwudziestych
XX wieku, ale otaczający go park jest
znacznie starszy. Powstał w 1869
roku według projektu słynnego
architekta Johanna Larassa.

3. Park wokół dworku jest obecnie jednym z nielicznych zachowanych w
całości projektów Larassa. W układzie przestrzennym parku występują
dwa stawy, strumień, aleja obwodowa oraz aleje oddzielające
poszczególne części. Informacje te pochodzą z książki „Pałace i dwory
dawnych Prus Wschodnich” autorstwa państwa Garniec.
Na fragmencie przedwojennej mapy topograficznej widać dokładnie
dworek i rozciągający się na zachód od niego park z układem alejek.
5. Dziś, po latach powojennych
zawirowań, gdy w dworku był
ośrodek kolonijny, jest on
znów prywatną własnością.
Wpływa to bardzo korzystnie
na jego kondycję.
W dworku mieści się obecnie
hotel i restauracja.
Na zdjęciu piękna, wysadzana
dorodnymi bukami aleja
wjazdowa.
8. Można tu spotkać wiele okazów drzew, jak na przykład kasztanowce,
świerki, modrzewie, klony, buki. Na zdjęciach dorodny jawor i dąb.

Dworek i park w Soplach to
miejsce niezwykłe, pełne ciepła i
uroku. Łączy w sobie możliwość
przyrodniczego poznania wielu
gatunków roślin z przyjemnością
dotykania historii tej ziemi.
Ukazuje przeszłość wcale nie tak
odległą. Miałam okazję zerknąć
do wnętrza dworku. To magiczne
miejsce, pełne zabytkowych mebli
i pamiątek po dawnych
mieszkańcach. Z radością
zapraszam wszystkich do
odwiedzenia tego miejsca.
