Ang Bionote o Biography Note ay maituturing bilang isang
suliting nagbibigay ngimpormasyon at marketing tool na
may tungkuling ipakikilala ang isang indibidwal o
angkatauhan ng isang awtor sa mga mambabasa o tagapakinig.
Kadalasang ito ay makikita salikurang ng pabalat ng libro na
sinasamahan ng isang lirato ng awtor. Sa pagsulat nito,
maiklingpaglalarawan lamang ang nilalaan na binubuo ng dalawa o
tatlong pangungusap at nilalahad gamit ang pangatlong panauhan.
Ang mga pangunahing layunin ng pagsulat nito ay: Una, upang
