Client: ALEF FUND
Project: Create web site to educate prospects,
clients and automate approval process.
CHALLENGE:
ALEF Fund, Inc. is a Nonprofit Organization. It
supports Jewish education by helping taxpayers
get Georgia state tax credit by providing
scholarships to students.
The organization had been prospecting, managing
client services, and connecting with government
offices and schools using a paper only process.
This system required excessive people hours,
generated delays, confusion, misinformation and
inconsistent messaging. With no central on-line
portal, it also dramatically reduced marketing
options.
SOLUTION:
Create an on-line web portal for new contributors,
recipients and returning users. Make it simple,
clear and easy to use. Using our web design
building process including information architecture,
brand identification, user experience, UX design,
content development, image selection and testing,
we created a web site in four months. The portal
transformed operations. It eliminated hundreds of
people hours, synthesized and expanded brand
message channels and dramatically increased
program size.
